Before becoming a Pilates teacher, Kim spent more than 20 years working as a CPA for several technology-based corporations. (A graduate of the University of West Georgia, Kim holds a degree in accounting.) Her analytical mind and attention to detail prepared her well for her role as both studio owner and Pilates and Redcord instructor.

Originally from Boston, Cheryl moved to Atlanta in 2009 when her husband was promoted and transferred. Classically trained as a professional ballerina, she was a senior soloist for the Cincinnati Ballet Company. A stress fracture in her fibula while dancing required physical therapy, which included Pilates. She fell in love with the technique—so much that she wanted others to experience the same joy and wonder of Pilates.

Ingrid was initially drawn to Pilates as a way to manage high stress and back pain. When it was the only thing that provided relief, she was hooked. Ingrid loves working closely with clients to help them achieve their personal goals. She starts by first determining their needs and wants, then planning the approach from there. Her favorite clients are the ones who have a positive attitude and are open to learning. In her own workouts, Ingrid strives to challenge herself in new ways. Ingrid is most inspired by her children, and loves watching them grow into caring, respectful people.

Laura believes in treating the body as a whole, with an emphasis on postural alignment, core stabilization, movement efficiency, and effective breathing. Her goal is to empower clients to feel more connected to their care and in control of their health. Laura received her doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Ohio University.
