(A graduate of the University of West Georgia, Kim holds a degree in accounting.) Cheryl Cole is an amazing teacher! Through her positive cueing and corrections, Cheryl allows me to believe and overtime realize new possibilities. Cheryl teaches with compassion, passion and energy. This was my first class at the studio. I had been away from Pilates for almost a month and it was great to be back again. I enjoyed the Tower Class very much. The studio is impeccably clean and the instructor is professional. No chit chat about politics, religion, world issues. The atmosphere is calm, tranquil, and peaceful. I will definitely be back to take additional classes.

They have wonderful instructors and a beautiful set up. My favorite person in Studio Lotus, though, is the front desk care coordinator Becky. She is the absolute kindest and is always so encouraging. I've been recovering from an injury and each time I come to Studio Lotus, she checks on me and let's me know how supported I am through the healing process. I came here to get physically stronger, and I definitely am, but I am even more so getting mentally stronger through the support and care this team has for me.

I tried Pilates for the first time this week! A friend has been urging me to try for some time now. I am so glad that I did. I was afraid being new I would not understand the exercises or be able to do them. I was wrong! Kim was the the instructor for my friend and I. She went at my pace so that I could understand the movements and ensure I was doing it correctly. I needed something for me as far as a different way to work out my body gently as I am 60+. I am a gym owner but needed something for me, outside my regular workouts at my gym that were uninterrupted and relaxing! I found it! Kim made me comfortable from the first moment! So my friend and I will be enjoying 2 times a week now in this beautiful studio!!
